Man and a wine : a love affair
Since the founding of AOC Limoux wines, the great
chefs along with the most renowned sommeliers
have always given their precious advice on the best
wine and food combinations. Their invaluable expertise
have contributed to improving the quality of our wines.
The constant focus on aromas and flavors in collaboration
with our enologists have allowed us to produce ever-finer,
more subtle, more delicate wines. Every year, a renowned
chef presides over the Palm Sunday auction.
