This wine is made from grapes carefully selected from only a few plots, chosen for the exceptional quality of their soil and subsoil, in the Blanquette de Limoux terroir.
A light, sumptuous wine, Première Bulle is on a par with the finest sparkling wines.
A pale gold with greenish lights, this wine is delicately bubbly with a complex bouquet of
white flowers including hawthorn and acacia along with white fruit, nuts, and hints of toasted,
brioche aromas. Aged for 24 months on laths, it wine has a lively, direct attack with a delicious
unctuous quality thanks to the bubbles.
