Aged on laths, Bulle de Blanquette, is a delicately sparkling wine with long lasting, unctuous bubbles and white flower, and white fruit aromas. Thanks to the aging process, it also has unusual hints of toasted, brioche aromas with a fresh, vivacious flavor on the palate.
